上海市教委和人事局批准，上海邦德职业技术学院（SHBC）和澳大利亚塔斯玛尼亚洲TAFE学院（TAFE）合作开办全日制《物流管理》（中澳合作）、专业，学制三年，毕业生将获得中国教委颁发的大专文凭和澳大利亚公认的高级文凭（Advanced Diploma）。 教学特色     学院各专业的教学计划由中澳双方共同研究制定，既考虑到符合中国的教育模式，又比较完整地引进了澳洲TAFE的高职教育课程体系，包括其以能力为本进行培训的课程模块与之相配套的测评体系。此外，中澳双方还就合作办学过程中一系列具体事项，签订了教学运作上的质量保证协议，以确保该项目的纯正性。     其次，该项目得到中澳双方地方政府的大力支持， TAFE学院在实际教学中的参与度和承诺度都非常高。澳方还承担了相当比例的专业课教学，专业课程100%为澳方引进课程，其中由澳洲TAFE学院派专业教师前来本院担任教学的课程模块就将近50%，其余课程由中方经TAFE培训获得资质确认的专职教师任教。     此外，上海邦德职业技术学院非常注重高职教育特色，强调培养学生的实际操作能力和解决问题的能力，采用实地培训，参与操作的手段让学生身临其境地体验，从而增加学生的学习兴趣。在培养解决问题能力上，学院以播放原版的电视电影，使学生在看、听、想的几个环节中得到有效地培训。 Program settings     SHBC and TAFE have redesigned the curricular to satisfy both education system requirements to certain extend that the new curricular represents an East meets West vocational training concept and comprise the core competencies from TAFE system and lay down much of the foundation learning before the western curricular take off. For example, in the first year, from practical English conversational skill training and western study skills gradually moving towards intensified IELTS training, the pedagogy has shown the great result of readiness students have in learning western program: be independent and responsive. The program administration has also adopted TAFE’s academic management system, which is linked to Australian TAFE system reflecting the true meaning of international cooperation so to provide the high standard international vocational qualification.     Meantime, this Joint Venture has received both governments’ support, since the beginning, TAFE has been sending the best academic trainers to Shanghai to help facilitate the teaching. TAFE also provides scholarship to SHBC teachers to go to Tasmania learning the advanced teaching methodology. Over the years, Australian teachers has been involves in teaching for more than 50% of the curricular. SHBC teachers who have been trained in the TAFE system deliver the rest of the courses in English.     During the training years, SHBC uses its industry network providing students on site trainings; which have given students fresh learning experience and keep them motivated and interested all time. Also students are trained to use their best knowledge to solve work problems, showing them videos and movies, real cases are extremely effective in reflecting learning results. 赴澳留学的“直通车”     通过SHBC—TAFE西方式的职业培训，学员们已完全适应澳洲大学的学习方式和考核方法。获取的TAFE高级文凭不仅为学员们提供直升澳洲大学的“通行证”，还可获得免修大量大学课程的资格，在不到两年的时间内获得本科学士学位。 An Express Train to Australian Universities    Our program provides a cushion stage for Chinese students to go to Australia Universities. Through our training in Shanghai, Students has become more independent and westernized, certainly their English skills in both conversational and academic has become more fluent. These are the basic surviving skills they have to have in Australian Universities. Plus, all the course and competencies they have gained in our program are transferable to any universities in Australia, usually a TAFE graduates can finish their Bachelor degrees in less than two years.
